Rear delts

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Laterals

6 Sets 10 Reps – 30 seconds rest

Overhead press

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Banded front raises

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest
