Rotator cuff warmup

3 Sets 10 Reps – 10 seconds rest

Overhead press

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Weighted front raises

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Laterals

6 Sets 10 Reps – 30 seconds rest

Tricep extension

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Curls, Weighted kickbacks SS

5 Sets 12 Reps – 20 seconds rest
