DIET
Unlike Other plans we have 4 Tailored diets depending on your current start point. The diets change on week 3 and week 6 to make sure that your metabolism does not get used to the foods you are eating.

Bear Shredz Female uses macros (Fats, Proteins & Carbs) you need to have for each meal and a recommended food list to choose from. This will help with people that need to be more flexible at work or do not like certain types of foods.

TRAINING
The training is a Push, Pull, Legs Split and has different variations of each workout. This will be recorded and progressed over the 8 weeks to make sure your body continues to respond.

 CARDIO
There is a combination of both low intensity cardio and HIIT training. We are working on keeping the cardio high over this 8-week period so your food can remain higher. This will help to keep/build muscle and stop too much drop-in performance.
