CHEST FOCUS WORKOUT 1

Today’s home workout will consist of targeting your chest. However we will incorporate other upper body muscle groups as well.

You will need: A band, 2 Water bottles & A chair

We will be going for higher set exercises on this workout. We are looking to get a really good chest pump and to get your heart rate up!

Exercises

Start jumps

3 Sets 30 Seconds – 20 seconds rest

Banded flies

5 Sets 10 Reps – 30 seconds rest

Close push ups

4 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Supported dips

5 Sets 10 Reps – 20 seconds rest

Incline Press

5 Sets 10 Reps – 30 seconds rest
